banana leaf
fried onions
Pindang materials:

12 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Spices:
10 pcs red onion
5 cloves of garlic
2 tsp coriander
½ tsp cumin
3 pcs candle
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 cm kencur
½ tsp pepper
How to make:
1. Saute ground spices, bay leaves, galangal, lemongrass, until fragrant.
2. Put the meat, stir until it changes color. Add soy sauce and stir well.
3. Pour the coconut milk, salt and brown sugar, and cook, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and mature.
